What You’ll Receive:

  • a kit that contains everything you need, with simple step by step instructions

what you will make:

  • One luminous crystal casting (hand or foot, your choice)

  • A plaster mould you can paint or decorate at home

  • The option to customise colours (extra cost, available on request)

  • An archival-quality cast that can be used for future copies

once in our studio, your piece is carefully cast in archival-quality crystal glass through a multi-stage process:

  • a Wax mould is made from your plaster cast

  • A refractory mould is built around the wax

  • The wax is steamed out, leaving space for molten glass

  • The kiln heats to 800°C over 3–4 days

  • The glass is cold-worked, polished, and finished, including engraved with your baby’s name and birth date if you wish

  • Your keepsake will be ready for you in two-four weeks
